MIS School Balewadi (Palash Nine)
Our centre on the 4th floor of Palash Nine, near MIS International School, is about 100 m from the MITCON Balewadi metro station. That makes it the easiest of the three if you come by metro.

Our second Balewadi centre is on the 4th floor of Modi Square, a short walk from Balewadi High Street and just off the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway. It suits people who meet clients over coffee or drive in from the highway.

Baner Pashan Link Road (Regent Plaza)
Our Baner centre is on the 4th floor of Regent Plaza Mall on Baner Pashan Link Road. It offers dedicated desks, private cabins and shared office space at the same ₹5,500 + GST per seat a month. There is no conference room or Day Pass here; members book those at the two Balewadi centres, a short drive away.
Which one should you pick?
- You travel by metro: MIS School Balewadi, next to MITCON Balewadi station.
- You meet clients near Balewadi High Street: Balewadi Highstreet at Modi Square.
- You live or work around Baner Pashan Link Road: our Baner centre at Regent Plaza.
- You only need a desk now and then: a ₹500 Day Pass at either Balewadi centre.
